Any user who has purchased a paid subscription plan will have 7 days to test our platform and if for any reason they decide to unsubscribe, we will refund the entire amount paid.
Upgrade or Downgrade Policy
The User may at any time decide to upgrade to a higher Subscription Plan. If the user has registered with a Free Plan, to make his Upgrade he must enter his personal account, select the chosen plan and make the relative payment.
In the event that the user has purchased a PRO Subscription Plan and wishes to switch to a Premium Subscription Plan, they can do so by logging into their account, selecting the Premium Plan and paying only the difference.
In the event that a user has purchased a Premium Subscription Plan and wishes to downgrade to a Pro Subscription Plan, she may do so at any time without being entitled to any refund of the difference.
The user who wishes to cancel their subscription can do so by sending an email to the following email address: firstname.lastname@example.org
The user who has communicated in writing and within the established period his decision to cancel the subscription to our services will obtain a refund of 100% of the amount paid, through the same form of payment that he has used to make his subscription and within a maximum period of time. 7 days from the moment of receipt of the request.
